When I arrived on time for my appointment this morning at 9 I was told there was no record of an appointment for me. I was informed that when you schedule on line and it shows an available appointment that doesn't necessarily mean the appointment is really available. I had made an appointment for oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I forgot to indicate that I was going to wait for the service instead of dropping it off. They were still able to get me in and out in a timely manner.

On June 25th, I made the unfortunate decision to bring my son's car to West-Herr Collision at the Nissan dealership for repairs following an accident. I went to this dealership too look for a used vehicle.I met with the salesman Bradley.I discussed with him what I was looking for.He showed me all the vehicles that fit my criteria. It didnt take long and I test drove some cars. I found one I liked and in a couple of hours I purchased one,and drove home in it.He is efficient in finding the car you want ,not trying to sell you a car you dont want!

Service department put on inferior parts on my Nissan rogue . Disappointed on my response from the service manager. I have purchased everyone of my vehicles from west herr. I was hearing noises from my brakes for along time. And when I called they told me this is normal. Well from expert opinions Nissan brake pads and rotors should be replaced between 30,000-70,000 miles. If you do more city driving could be less. Please avoid dealership/ service if possible. Once you drive off they no longer treat you as a customer. Service team is very disrespectful to women especially. They do not listen to concerns. I brought in after owning for 2 months only to not have my concerns not addressed. I recently was due for routine oil. Filter and tire rotation. When I called the scheduler I was told over two week wait. I took my car to valvoline, did the required maintenance and was out the door in less than ten minutes

When you call for a service appointment it is up to a two month wait. You don't even talk to someone at that location, it is some operator at a central location. I just wanted an inspection and she said July 6. I go to Basil with no appointment and just drive in for immediate service. Makes me wonder where I should buy my next car?

Very professional staff. Brought my vehicle in to have antenna tested. They were able to accommodate a last minute request for oil change. Antenna issue is just out of warranty but they said they will cover the costs.
I am always treated courteously and know exactly what work.is to be done, the time.it.will take and am sure my car will be returned to me washed and sanitized inside. Also invited to have a coffee tea or cocoa. Cannot ask for any.more when i bring my car for service.
